Sure. Horses with mouth issues may demonstrate any of the
following signs or a combination of signs:
   Head Tossing
Difficulty in turning one way or the other
Uneven development of the temporalis muscle
   Rearing/bolting
   Anxiousness at bridling
   Sensitivity to bit pressure
   Weight loss
   Bad breath
   Dropping of feed
   Rubbing teeth on stall bars
One of the most common issues
that occurs inside the horse's mouth
is the development of sharp points
on the cheek teeth. These sharp
edges develop on the buccal sides
(cheek side) of the upper teeth and
the lingual side (tongue side) of the
bottom teeth. Left unattended,
these sharp edges can cause great
discomfort to the horse while eating
or while being ridden. In severe
cases, these sharp areas are
accompanied by lacerations on the
cheeks or tongue.
Abnormal attrition--bottom tooth has
pounded out top tooth.
Abnormal attrition--Ramp has developed on upper tooth.
